While the Democrats now like to call themselves 'progressives', the real problem in Washington is still the 'Uniparty'. The group of Democrats and Republicans, working together to maintain the Deep State status quo.
The only way that happens is if they stop former president Donald Trump, who is the true change candidate.
"The real movement, the real change, the real change-maker is Donald Trump" said Matt Locke, host & Republican strategist, "And it's the MAGA movement."
And that's why the 'Uniparty' has spent the last 8 years trying to stop him.
"We're not really running against a Kamala Harris, we're running against a machine, and a system" Locke told KTRH, "You don't get rid of the cogs, you burn down the system."
Or drain the swamp, which Trump intends to do, in term #2.
"We've got more Democrats and Republicans moving to the left, than we have Republicans moving to conservatism" noted Locke, "So the Uniparty, you can throw both sides in it. We're becoming bipartisan in a very bad way."
That's why most say this November will be the most important election of our lifetime.
