A federal judge has ruled that Ryan Routh, who tried assassination attempt #2 on former president Donald Trump, has to remain in custody.
The Justice Department asked for Routh to remain detained, and the Florida judge agreed after Routh was charged federally with possessing a gun with a scratched-out number, and with possessing a gun illegally as a felon, although more serious charges are on coming.
The Justice Department a shocking letter written by Routh, which started with 'Dear World'.
In it, was the deranged discourse on the assassination attempt, which failed. Routh concluded it by saying he would give $150,000 to anyone who could finish the job.
Last week, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said in a press conference that Florida will pursue more charges against Routh and that his offense should merit life in prison.
