A dozen people were hurt night when bleachers collapsed during a rodeo in Boerne on Saturday night. It happened during a rodeo at the Kendall County Fair.
Witnesses say they heard a loud bang and saw the bleachers collapsing. More than 30 men jumped under the bleachers to keep them from collapsing more until first responders could arrive.
Some of the injured were treated on the scene, but at least eight were taken to hospitals.
