Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg told KTRH that while a county elections worker was charged in connection to the 2022 Election Day issues, the county's problem run a lot deeper.
"This goes all the way to the top. The election should have been run correctly. Obviously it wasn't. We had long lines, and we had people who did not get to vote," Ogg told Houston's Morning News.
Ogg also told Jimmy Barrett and Shara Fryer that the investigation isn't necessarily over, either.
"There's probably other civil suits, and if more complaints or evidence is brought to us, especially about motivation or others being involved, then of course we will investigate," Ogg said.
