It shouldn't be a surprise, but according to a new PEW Research poll, there's a big divide among voters over their trust in poll workers.
After the 2022 midterms, 60% of Democrats say they are very confident in poll workers, compared to just 39% for Republicans.
"Given what we've seen in recent years across the country, I completely understand why Republicans are concerned about the integrity of the elections across the country" said Harris County GOP Chair, Cindy Siegel.
Elections in recent years were a disaster under the 'Harris County Elections Administrator', but that position has been eliminated. Now it's time for Republicans to return, and join the fight to save our country.
"We need people who are willing to go into Democrat polls" Siegel told KTRH, "Non-Republican areas of Harris County and be willing to work the polls."
The bottom line is, they need more help, and they are actively recruiting at the Republican Party of Texas, and the RNC.
