Three suspected terrorists were recently caught crossing the border into California, but what about the terrorists and other violent criminals that we aren't catching until it's too late?
Former acting I.C.E. Director Ron Vitiello told KTRH that with so many got-aways at the border, we likely already have terrorists plotting in America. He said, "These are people that are completely trying to get away from law enforcement authorities at every level. And so the risks are higher now than they've ever been."
He says American citizens have already begun facing new threats from all across the world. He said some of those threats, "come from Venezuela and they're criminals, some from China. Even people who are intent to do harm to our way of life. Terrorists."
Vitiello says that to fix this crisis, we are going to need some real top-down leadership on the border.
