Trump tries to attract new voters with rally in blue Minnesota

Former President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump continues to hold campaign rallies across the country.

On Saturday, Trump was in the deep blue state of Minnesota with his running mate, U.S. Senator J.D. Vance, R-Ohio. Trump and Vance spoke before thousands of people at an indoor rally in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

In his speech, Trump encouraged people to get out and vote to try and turn the state red. The former president also calling out the Biden administration and vice president Kamala Harris, referring to her as the 'border czar,' a position she failed at.

"Kamala Harris's deadly destruction of America's borders is completely and totally disqualifying for her to be president," Trump said. "She has no clue. She's evil."

Trump called the crisis at the border the biggest disaster of any country's border in the entire world.

Trump's VP pick J.D. Vance also called out Harris for recent comments she made where she said Vance would only be loyal to Trump and not to the American people.

"What has she done to question my loyalty to this country," Vance said in response. "I served in the United States Marine Corp. I went to Iraq for this country."
