Joe Biden has officially dropped out of the 2024 Presidential race and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to replace him. But does that mean she'll be the Democrat Party's nominee? The Democrat machine sure seems to be rallying behind her.
GOP Strategist Chris Johnson told KTRH, "There's a level of coordination, there's an amount of trying to get everybody on the same page. But there's also the inertia. She's already the Vice President."
Johnson says in the event Harris does get challenged for the nomination, it will be a more moderate Democrat. He said, "It's definitely going to come from the center of the party. It will be someone like a Joe Manchin, who's worried about the future of the party."
Manchin himself has already said that he won't run for president, but Johnson says no matter what, Republicans cannot afford to get complacent during this election cycle, and they need to put their best foot forward in November.
