Jury deliberations are done for the day, and will resume tomorrow in Hunter Biden's federal gun trial in Delaware.

Biden’s defense team rested their case earlier on Monday, without calling the President’s son to the witness stand.

On Friday, Hunter's defense attorney Abbe Lowell said that he would be making the decision on whether or not to have Hunter testify in his own defense over the weekend. This morning, the defense indicated in court documents that Hunter would not be testifying in the trial.

After the defense rested, the prosecution brought FBI agent Erika Jensen, who testified last week. Closing arguments will likely be this afternoon.

Naomi Biden, Hunter's daughter, testified on Friday that she did know her father was doing drugs, she said, "Yes, I knew that he was struggling with addiction, after my uncle died things got bad…” She also testified that she did not find any drugs in her father's truck when she borrowed it in October of 2018.
