Multiple Houston area school districts closed Friday due to storm damage

The severe storms that hit Houston on causing widespread damage and debris to be strewn about the city. That has caused multiple school district to cancel classes on Friday.

• Deer Park ISD
• Katy ISD says some campuses will be closed due to power outages, but the district will remain open. Katy High School is among those closed tomorrow. A list of closures is on the district Facebook page.
