According to the latest numbers, Joe Biden and the Democrats are out-fundraising Republicans thus far in 2024. This, despite the fact that Joe Biden continues to trail former president Donald Trump in all of the polls.
"The first 3 months of this year, Biden has raised about $75 million dollars more than president Trump" said Natalia Mittelstadt, who reported the story for Just the News.
But the good news for the Trump campaign, was a big month of April that included a $50.5 million dollar fundraising event in Florida.
"Just looking at the number of people that go to Trump's campaign rallies" Mittelstadt told KTRH, "Enormous support on his side, especially as he's doing better in the polls than Biden at the moment."
Biden clearly has the lead in funding, thanks to big money leftist elite donors. But Trump continues to have a lot more support with the people.
"It's probably more hopeful now that they will be getting the amount of money that they need for this year" noted Mittelstadt, who also mentioned the switch atop the RNC with Michael Whatley, who has a great track record.
It's proof once again, that money doesn't buy votes. But that won't stop the left from trying.
