The push for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs has undoubtedly set the United States back about 40 years on the time scale. The programs push for hiring based on race, and meeting 'quotas' of minority hires. DEI, in short, is basically a direct violation of Equal Employment Opportunity laws. But even after just a few years of them, they have made a devastating impact on the workforce.
Boeing might be the biggest example of this. They have made massive DEI pushes over the years and hired less qualified people for jobs based on their race. Now here we are in 2024, and we have seen multiple Boeing planes falling apart, as the subpar hires have put unqualified efforts into building the product. It has not only become racist, but it has also become dangerous.
But the end might be coming to an extent. Many companies are beginning to sour on the DEI idea. Many colleges and universities are beginning to slash DEI hires as well. Melissa MacKenzie of the American Spectator says they are all starting to see the light.
"They are starting to see the downsides...there are people suing over these racist policies...it is all a big scam," she says. "It will lessen...but some of the legacies of the mind virus will endure...but it is divisive within organizations. It is just not a good thing...hopefully, generally speaking, it goes away."
The so-called mind virus really amped up after the death of George Floyd in 2020, and the idiotic riots that ensued. DEI hirings really began after that as a result of 'guilt' from companies.
But this is not something that began just four years ago. This goes back to one of the most divisive presidents of all-time, Barack Obama. From the jump, he began pushing the narrative that all cops are racist, and the ridiculous idea of 'white guilt.' The Democrats have been off and running ever since.
"He could have been a healer...but instead, he was a divider, because he knew it would get votes, and keep the Democrats in power," she says. "DEI are just fancy words to keep Leftist power."
Indeed, the Democrats feast off division. They push wild fantasies and have managed to gain votes off pushing the idea that everything is racist, and that white people are to blame for all their problems.
They have not created just a racial divide either, there is also a bigger divide than ever between men and women. There has been a massive uptick in radical feminism, where women blame men for all the world's problems.
Maybe the most worrisome part of the whole thing is there are kids and teenagers who are growing up in a world where this is all they know. They fully believe in the ridiculous policies of the left, with no one there to teach them real from fake.
"It is everywhere in all curriculums, in all public schools...you have to be actively involved as a parent in correcting that, pretty much constantly," she says.
It's unclear how long it will be around, but one thing is for sure. If we continue down the DEI path, we will see our society DIE.
