Former President Trump is hosting a GOP fundraiser at his Florida residence at Mar a Lago this evening, Saturday April 6, 2024. That fundraiser took in $50M.
That is double what President Joe Biden made during a fundraiser last month that featured former Presidents Obama and Clinton.
However, Trump is currently lagging behind President Biden in his fundraising efforts. The Biden campaign took in $90M in March.
The RNC took in about $25M less than that.
