As if the border crisis could not get worse, Thursday provided clear indications that it indeed can get worse.
A group of around 100 immigrants or so managed to 'overwhelm' some members of the Texas National Guard near El Paso and forced their way across the border. They were then seen on video fighting with soldiers and ripping razor wire fencing apart.
This comes one day after Texas' new border law SB4, which would allow police to arrest anyone they suspect is an illegal immigrant, was blocked by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. They will issue a ruling in the future on the legality of the law.
