The Trump-Biden polling numbers remain the same, and the numbers don't lie! That prompted outstanding political writer Mark Hemingway to point out on The Federalist, this is shaping up to be the 'we were right about everything' election, for the GOP.
"On almost every major issue in the post-Trump era, Democrats have staked out a position that's either fringe to begin with, or has subsequently been proven wrong by events" said Hemingway.
The list of the left's failures in extensive. As Hemingway acknowledged in his column, where do you begin to start?
"The radical positions they staked out on Covid" Hemingway told KTRH, "Everything from school closures to vaccine mandates, to crime in cities and the economy, everyone remembers what the economy was like under Trump."
Add to that, immigration, which has now become the top issue for voters. Now it's time for Republicans to hammer those issues home!
"I think that some of these issues are so obvious, it's very hard for Democrats to overcome the situation we're in right now" noted Hemingway, "The rubber is meeting the road in terms of people having to deal with the consequence of Democratic and progressive policies."
May we never forget, but remember, come November.
