In what looks like an effort to cover his tracks for November, the Biden Administration is placing a gag order on immigration judges. After the National Association of Immigration Judges, which had been speaking on behalf of judges, lost its status as a recognized union, the Department of Justice is now prohibiting judges from speaking publicly without prior approval.
Breitbart's Bob Price told KTRH, "Now you're in a situation where you have these immigration judges who see clearly the problems going on with the backlog of more than three million asylum claims, and they can't reach out to the media and talk about it."
Price says he thinks this may be Biden attempting to limit the visibility of the border crisis because he knows it's a losing issue for him. He also says these judges should be allowed to speak freely on the subject.
