An Illinois judge on Wednesday ruling that Trump is to be barred from the state's ballot under the 'Insurrection Clause' of the 14th Amendment.
They join other states like Colorado and Maine, who also banned Trump from the ballot based on the January 6th Capitol Riots. The case in Colorado is currently being decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Trump has until Friday to appeal the ruling.
