An Amber Alert has been activated for a missing 13 year old girl in Northeast Harris County. Investigators say Cecilia Alvarado has not been seen since 1:00am Wednesday February 21, in the 16,000 block of Sunshine Street in Sheldon. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants.
Anyone who knows where Cecilia Alvarado is or has information that could help investigators find her is asked to call the Harris County Sheriff's Department at 713-755-7427
