House Republicans, who failed to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas last week, are expected to get another shot at it today.

Last week's vote ended in a tie, as three Republicans voted against the move. A fourth Republican switched his vote, allowing Republicans to bring this back up. And that is expected now that House Majority Leader Stave Scalise is back from receiving treatment for cancer.

One of the Republicans who voted against impeachment last week, Wisconsin's Mike Gallagher, announced over the weekend that he would not run for another term in office.

Even if the House impeaches Mayorkas today, there is almost no shot the Senate, led by Democrats, would remove him. But, Mayorkas would be the first cabinet member impeached in 150 years.
