There Is Bipartisan Support For Voter ID, But Not Mail-In Ballots

Yes, it really is possible for Republicans and Democrats to agree on something, and it has nothing to do with Joe Biden's age.

According to a new survey from the PEW Research Center, Republicans and Democrats overwhelmingly agree - on voter ID.

"This is an issue where we have bipartisan agreement" said political strategist Vlad Davidiuk, "Both sides agree that voter ID is crucial to maintaining election integrity."

Not only that, the number of Democrats who believe there should be voter ID actually increased from a year ago. That's where the two sides agree.

Where they don't agree? Is when it comes to voting by mail. A whopping 84% of Democrats say they are ok, with a mail-in ballot.

"Democrats understand that mail-in ballots are one key way to undermining election integrity" Davidiuk told KTRH, "There's no way to really know for sure who is casting that ballot, when it comes in the mail."

Only 28% of Republicans approve of mail-in ballots.
