A sixth-grader at Fleming Middle School may be the youngest preacher in town.
During the Christmas break, 12-year-old Traevon Narcisse delivered his first sermon at the Greater True Vine Baptist Church in north Houston.
His mother, his grandmother, and his teacher were in the congregation. Traevon was surprised that day with paperwork that certified him as an official minister.
The young preacher and gifted piano player says he's interested in ministering to people around the world. He can also perform weddings.
