Hunter Biden was back in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware where as expected, he plead not guilty on 3 felony gun charges. This comes after the judge rejected Hunter Biden's request to appear virtually.
It's the same courthouse where Hunter Biden appeared in late July, and was all set to plead guilty. But then the plea deal fell through. Biden is charged with lying about his drug use on a federal form to purchase a gun, and lying to a gun store employee.
If convicted, in theory, Biden could face up to 25 years in federal prison and a $750,000 fine, or he could also receive a pardon from his father, president Joe Biden.
The case is under intense scrutiny, due to the one-sided lawfare in the U.S. over the last few years under Joe Biden's weaponized FBI & DOJ.
And unlike the spectacle that was made of former president Trump, Hunter Biden did not take a mugshot.
