The Latest On The Trump Legal Cases

In the aftermath of Friday's surprising Hunter Biden news, where do things stand with the never ending legal attacks against former president Donald Trump?

For those of you keeping score at home, Trump currently has 3 federal cases against him. And now with the bad news for the Biden's, we can expect Trump to get hit with a 4th indictment, most likely this week in Georgia.

"We're expecting there may be a case filed shortly out of Fulton, Georgia" said Susie Moore, deputy managing editor at Red State, "When and if that is filed, that will of course involve an arraignment and appearance there as well."

The weaponized DOJ's special counsel, Jack Smith, is spreading all of the cases out, to keep Trump tied up in court in 2024, and off the campaign trail.

"When you look at this onslaught and this attack" said political commentator Anthony Russo, "The ultimate goal is for the general election to make him either unable to run, or enough fodder for the left wing media and the Democrats to say, how can you be supporting a criminal? This is not American."

Or as Trump himself said, "It's an act of desperation by a failed, and disgraced crooked Joe Biden and his radical left thugs to preserve their grip on power. They want to do anything they can to preserve it, so now they're trying something that hasn't been tried in this country. Election interference."

It is all set to start with the January 6 trial, on January 2nd, of 2024.
