What We Must Do to Restore Confidence In Our Elections

After all that we went through as a nation following 2020, and with less than 3 months to go now until arguably the most critical midterm elections ever, where do we stand? And how confident should we be in our election process?

"I think the confidence level was shattered earlier this week when there was a raid at Mar-a-Lago, and I think people are beginning now to see that the weaponization of the federal government is real" said Catherine Engelbrecht with True The Vote, and what has become the most watched documentary ever, '2,000 Mules', "Americans are going to have a big decision to make, whether they want to succumb to a police state, or they want to stand up and take back their counties, and restore this republic."

Election integrity has been a priority since 2020 for many states, including 2020. At the Heritage Foundation, they have compiled an on-line 'election integrity' scorecard that shows exactly where states are at, and how they rank. Tennessee was #1 for election security, while Texas was in the top 10 at #8.

"There are still too many loopholes in our laws that make it too easy to cheat in elections, and then it's very difficult to catch somebody after the fact" said John Malcom, vice president with the Heritage Foundation, "So I would say we're better off then we were in 2020, but we still have quite a ways to go."

Sadly though, it's not an issue of creating more laws. It's stopping the trend that has become the norm under the Biden administration, and that is breaking the laws we already have!

"It's not that we don't have the laws to secure a fair and honest election, it's just that the laws were not followed" Engelbrecht told KTRH, "And citizens have the opportunity now pre-election, if citizens don't get involved in their elections now, we're going to lose the opportunity to have free and fair elections in the future."
