update: Saturday morning: The Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office has decided not to pursue the case against Judge Jordan, saying in a ;letter they could not prove the case beyond reasonable doubt.
A Harris County Criminal Court at Law Judge is suspended without pay following his indictment for official oppression.
A grand jury indicted Darrell Jordan, judge of County Criminal Court at Law Number 16, for an incident involving a former TV journalist two-years ago.
Jordan held Wayne Dolcefino in contempt of court and jailed him for three days, claiming he had interrupting court proceedings.
Dolcefino is calling on Jordan to resign, or the Judicial Conduct Commission to remove him.
Jordan was suspended on Thursday.
