It appears that Covid could be coming to an end, just in time for the November midterms.
"All of this nonsense of masks, and social distancing, and vaccine mandates and booster shots, was just delaying the inevitable" said political writer John Green, "Eventually we have to learn to live with Covid just like we have with the common cold. So I think we're seeing now that the White House is coming to that realization."
The White House is reportedly working on changing the narrative, with Joe Biden and his top health officials trying to come up with a plan for a 'new normal', that could also be considered a win for the Biden administration.
"They promised to shut down the virus, and they couldn't do it" Green told KTRH. But with Biden's polling numbers at historic lows, and literally nothing positive to proclaim from his first year in office, the Democrats are desperate. But even if Covid is over, which most Americans believe has been the case for months, Green says the Dems may bring it back again before the midterm elections.
"Oh, I know they will, especially come election time, because they're going to use it as an excuse to do mail-in balloting again" Green said, "But I think they're just not going to be able to pull it off this time. In the vast majority of our 50 states, we're going to see free and fair elections, and the Democrats are going to pay a price for it."
