After months of battles in lower courts, Joe Biden's COVID vaccine mandate heads to the U.S. Supreme Court today, as both sides present their arguments.
Among the many legal analysts who think Biden's rules are unconstitutional is attorney Gary Polland, the former Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party.
"The bottom line is provide the information for the people and let them decide. This is a democracy," Polland explained.
So what does Polland think the Supreme Court will do?
"I think the court will strike down the ruling," he stated.
