Astros third baseman Alex Bregman and his wife Reagan are suing a San Antonio resort for the return of the deposit for their canceled wedding.
The Bregmans planned to get married in December at the La Cantera Resort and Spa, but instead tied the knot at the Katy home of Reagan's parents because of surge in the pandemic.
Now they say the resort is refusing to return their 80-thousand-dollar deposit, even though the contract says it would be refunded if the wedding couldn't be held safely.
The Bregmans sued on Thursday.
