Mortgage Paid off for family of late Houston Arson Investigator

In October, Houston Arson Investigator Lemuel Bruce was killed in action while conducting a surveillance. Now his widow and family are benefitting from the generosity of the Stephen Siller Foundation which has paid off their home mortgage. Widow Rachael Bruce told our TV partner Channel 2, "I'm so grateful. One of the first worries you have at a time like this is that your family is going to have to move."

The Stephen Siller Tunnel 2 Towers Foundation honors fallen officers who give their lives to save others. It is named in memory and honor of a firefighter who died on September 11, 2001 while saving lives in the World Trade Center.
