The Galveston County D-A's office is reportedly investigating the city of Dickinson after a complaint from a city employee.
Penny Hunter, the city's finance director, reportedly claimed City Administrator Chris Heard had assigned her some directives she thought were illegal or unethical.
Sources say the probe is partly focused on how the city classified about five-million-dollars in FEMA money intended for cleanup after Harvey in 2017.
