FRIDAY AM: Abbott to announce more re-openings; Beloved Astro has virus

Speculation is the Governor will focus on office buildings. Despite saying he wanted to re-open bars by mid-May, no date has been given for bars to come back. That led frustrated bar owners to rally outside the State Capitol earlier this week.

Monday is also the day when gyms will be allowed tore-open their doors, with restrictions.
