Some are questioning some of the precautions we are taking during outbreak

We are all taking precautions during the pandemic, but not everyone is happy about it. Some are asking some hard questions.

Those questions are about city leaders, about what they shut down, and what they allowed to remain open. Houston City Council Member Greg Travis says he doesn't get it.

"I don't really understand what some of these requirements are doing, especially when you keep METRO open, and that's basically a petri dish on wheels," Travis said.

And he also says that asking grocery store workers were to wear gloves and masks should have been one of the first things that was done to help stop the spread.

"There are people that were reporting these type of symptoms in February, and I think we are going to find that the horse was out of the barn earlier than we thought. If that's the case, all of this is going to be worthless," Travis explained.

KTRH reached out to the Mayor's office about some of these questions, but didn't get a response.
