Houston Pastor Swindles Investors

A Houston pastor faces prison time after pleading guilty to swindling investors out of millions of dollars.

Kirbyjon Caldwell, senior pastor of Windsor Village United Methodist Church, has entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

His co-defendant, investment advisor Gregory Smith of Shreveport, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to the same charge last summer.

Caldwell faces up to seven-years in prison, and a possible fine of more than two-million-dollars.

His sentencing is scheduled for July.
