A Major League pitcher's expensive British sports car is a total loss as a result of a freak accident earlier this week.
Trevor Bauer's 2016 McLaren 650S, valued at 300-thousand-dollars, was destroyed at the McLaren dealership on I-45 North near FM 1960 last Tuesday.
A passing 18-wheeler lost a tire, which rolled across six lanes of traffic, smashed through a window of the dealership, and totaled the car.
The car is reportedly insured.
