A major pro wrestling event is coming to Houston.
The WWE's 'Royal Rumble' PPV comes to Minute Maid Park on January 26th, 2020, with tickets going on sale this Friday at 10 AM.
Houston is no stranger to hosting big WWE events. The annual 'Survivor Series' show was at Toyota Center in 2017.
Houston has also hosted a pair of Wrestlemanias. In 2001, WWE brought what is considered their Super Bowl to the Astrodome, and then in 2009 the WWE was at what was then Reliant (now NRG) Stadium.
This is the first time the WWE has held a show at Minute Maid Park.
