Shortly after midnight Sunday morning a three-alarm fire at a townhouse complex at Michigan and Commonwealth in the Montrose brought firefighters racing to save homes.
Five units and several cars were lost.
One Houston firefighter was injured by falling boards when a portion of a building collapsed. He is receiving treatment at a hospital and is expected to recover.
