(San Antonio, TX) -- Whataburger is not amused that a Houston gun enthusiast has a customized gun with the burger joint's logo and color scheme. HTX Tactical in north Houston created the custom paint job for an AR pistol belonging to college student Chris Burling. The company says the design was created without Whataburger's permission or approval.
Whataburger added that it would tell HTX Tactical to "cease distribution of this product." The gun shop responded that it's a unique custom job and there won't be any more like it.
