Two tanks were still full, with one scheduled to be emptied starting Monday night.
An EPA spokesman says no more hazardous gases are being detected. The Coast Guard has reopened the San Jacinto River, but only limited daytime traffic is being allowed in the ship channel. ITC reports it's received around 16-hundred calls for legal claim inquiries as of last Friday.
