Animals in Crowded Fort Bend Shelter To Be Euthanized, If Not Helped

A lot of animals are in dire need of adoption. Eight dogs are now danger of being euthanized within 24 hours if they can't be adopted or fostered.

Online, Fort Bend County animal shelters have posted the following notice:

Fort Bend County Animal Services consistently operates at or over capacity so we rely on our amazing community to help our pets by adopting, rescuing or fostering.
If you cannot bring a pet into your home at this time, you can always help by volunteering, donating and networking our pets - sharing our pets through social media - sharing saves lives!

The shelter is open from 10am to 5pm. It's located at 1210 Blume Road, in Rosenberg with many more locations throughout the county.

21 dogs arrived Monday and there's no more room. so many more may have to be put down the longer they wait.
