A recent study has found that smoking a pack of cigarettes a day can vastly impact your eyesight.
It has been found that regular smokers cannot distinguish "colors and contrast".
"Self-administered consumption of substances containing neurotoxic chemicals may be responsible for an overall color vision loss," say authors of the study.
Smoking cigarettes causes an array of health issues, but this study finds a "reduction on blood flow in the retina, oxidative stress, and even nutrient absorption".
How do you feel about smoking cigarettes? What areas of a person's health are impacted by smoking? Do you smoke?
