(Katy, TX) -- Harris County deputies are trying to find whoever it was who fired shots at a mosque in Katy. Deputies responded to a criminal mischief call at the Muslim American Society-Katy Center Mosque on Monday afternoon.
A mosque employee said a front wall of the mosque, on Baker Road south of I-10, had been hit by a bullet. A contractor's truck in the parking lot also had a bullet hole in the windshield. Surveillance video showed somebody driving on the roadway shot at the mosque around 3 a.m. Monday. The damage was discovered in the afternoon.
