Less Than Half Of Americans Will Achieve New Year's Resolutions

Whether it's to lose weight or spend less money, more than half will fail at their New Year's resolutions.   University of Scranton studies show that roughly 40% will be successful at their goals six months into the year.   The study shows improving health, the money situation and relationships make up the majority of resolutions.  For successful resolutions, the studies suggest people make realistic goals, develop a specific action plan and make the resolution known to others.
