(Visalia, CA) -- Charges are being filed against a California teacher accused of cutting off a student's hair while singing. According to the Delta Times, Margaret Gieszinger was taken into custody this week after she was seen in a video online snipping locks of a boy's hair while belting out the Star-Spangled banner.
The 52-year-old is a teacher at the University Preparatory High School in Visalia but is no stranger to trouble. The paper says her background includes two suspension in a little more than a decade. She is facing a child endangerment count.
