As President George W. Bush and Laura Bush pay their respects in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda as President George H.W. Bush Lies in State, other mourners walked through. One woman had a little baby and shared this touching moments with George W. Bush and he and his wife greeted fellow mourners and staff.
