Air Force One to move Bush’s body to DC for tributes

(Houston, TX)  --  Former President George H.W. Bush will be laid to rest on the grounds of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library in College, Station Texas.  The 41st president of the United States will be buried next to his wife Barbara and their daughter Robin on Thursday, closing out days of memorial services.  Starting on Monday, the House and Senate will participate in an arrival ceremony at 4:45 Eastern at the U.S. Capitol.  From there, Bush will lie in state in the Rotunda until Wednesday morning.

A memorial service will then be held at 11 a.m. Eastern at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC on Wednesday.  Bush will also lie in repose at  St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston from Wednesday at 7:45 pm Eastern until Thursday at 7 am Eastern.  A second memorial is scheduled for 11 a.m. Eastern at the church.  He will then be taken by motorcade to his presidential library in College Station where he will be laid to rest.
