Company Recalls Ready To Eat Taquitos Over Salmonella, Listeria Fears

(Denison, TX)  --  The Ruiz Food Products company is recalling more than two million pounds of taquitos.  The USDA says the ready to eat chicken and beef taquitos shipped to distributors around the country were produced between July and October 10th.  

The Denison, Texas company was notified by a supplier on October 16th that onions from the supplier were recalled because of microbial contamination.  Details are available online at FSIS-dot-USDA-dot-Gov.
