(West University Place, TX) -- West University Place tops a new list of "America's 50 Best Cities to Live."
The list released Monday by 24/7 Wall Street included cities of fewer than 25-thousand people, such as West U with its population of just over 15-thousand. Many are either within a major metro area or within commuting distance of a large city.
West University Place's violent crime rate is one of the lowest in the nation. The same is true of its unemployment rate of less than three-percent.
