(Houston, TX) -- The former press secretary for Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner is facing more charges.
Darian Ward is due in court today to answer allegations that she used city resources, including computers, e-mail, phones and the Internet to run her personal business.
Ward was indicted over the summer after she refused to give a local journalist copies of her work e-mails, which qualify as public information.
