Postal Service Wants To Raise The Price of Stamps... And That's Not All!

(Washington, DC)  --  The U.S. Postal Service wants to raise the price of stamps to 55 cents.  The ten percent jump would be one of the biggest in history.  The USPS board of governors is also proposing higher rates on shipping and other services to help offset falling revenues.  The rate hikes still need approval from the Postal Regulatory Commission.
