Texas Governor Declares State Of Disaster In Three Counties

(Fort Worth, TX)  --  A state of disaster is being declared in Texas because of flooding.  Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a declaration for Ellis, Sutton and Tarrant counties, authorizing all available state resources to deal with the crisis.  

Flooding began on September 21st after record-breaking rain caused at least two deaths in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.  Nearly a foot of rain has fallen in the past week and there is more rain in the forecast.
